In order to protect each individual homeowner's property value and privacy, it is required for any property owner planning improvements or changes to their deeded property, including landscaping, to submit a home improvement request (HIR). This request is reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to ensure compliance with deed restrictions, local statutes and to protect neighboring homeowners.

If a homeowner needs to use our lake area for an event such as a wedding or birthday party, in order to protect all homeowner TEPOA requires certain information and/or documents to be filed in advance. Please view and submit both forms.
Board members serve a two year term half of which are overlapping the others. There are elections every year for the opening seats. Board positions are decided after the elections by the board. All property owners are eligible to run and serve. If interested fill and return both forms.
